California's Cure Salon

Like others before her, former Northern California businesswoman Lisa Hoffman became disenchanted with the rat race and decided to open a salon as a haven that would recharge her spirit and beautify her hands and feet. In December 2004, Hoffman and business partner Cedrine McNeil made the move into the beauty business and opened Cure, A Nail Spa. Cure’s retail area is stocked with environmentally friendly products and formaldehyde- and toluene-free nail polish.

Priti Organic Spa (New York City)

An environmentally-friendly spa, Priti uses 100% organic products in its services and incorporates fresh flowers, fruits, herbs, and organic essential oils for their natural healing qualities. Priti offers manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing, and massage. The salon only uses nail polishes that are free of toluene, formaldehyde, and DPB.
