Let's Get Healthy

ARTICLE TOOLS        | E-MailPrintRSS

In June, NAILS editor Hannah Lee wrote about her own personal journey to become a healthier person.  We got a great response from readers who wanted to make the same journey.  So we're launching a new blog online called Healthy Tech Talk (blogs.nailsmag.com/healthy).  It's not always easy to be healthy when we're busy.  But we're always going to have more work, more appointments, more travel ... just plain more.  No matter how much we have going on, we have to make time for ourselves.  CND has always put a large emphasis on the wellness lifestyle. This year, the company is challenging themselves to live healthier, fitter lives. So they'll be participating in this blog with us.  We encourage everyone who is interested to join us.  Hannah will be blogging and we'll also have a regular group of nail techs blogging about their experiences.  We'll post challenges and solutions. We'll post exercise tips and recipe ideas. Basically this blog will be a place for all of us in the nail community (nail techs, salon owners, students, manufacturers, distributors, magazine editors, anyone who wants to join us) to come to get inspired to lead healthier lives.
