Backscratchers’ Septiblock Santizable File Block has stick-on abrasives that come off so the block can be soaked in disinfectant. The four-sided block can be personalized with any of the abrasives, which come in six grits: 100, 180, 240, 600, White Smooth Buffer, and Gray Shine Buffer.
