Cosmopolitan Says Don't Shy Away from Neon Nails

Cosmopolitan says the brighter the better for nails, recommending lime, purple, and neon pink. The mag says to "alternate your favorite lacquers on each finger. Or do a mini-moon mani: Paint a light shade in a half-moon shape at the base of your nail, and do the remainder in an unusual hue." Featured colors are from Essie, in Punchy Pink, Perky Purple, and Funky Limelight.
