“Nails are still a very young industry in Australia, but the standards are set extremely high,” reports Maggie Schmiedte, owner of Australian Nail Academy school and distributorship in Perth, Australia. Schmiedte visited California this past winter to attend Creative Nail Design’s International Boot Camp, at which she took honors for Best Nail Application and Best Overall. Schmiedte is Creative Nail Design’s sole distributor in western Australia.
