Orly education ambassador Tracy Vinson discovered a simple trick for creating the trendy candy ball or bubble flower for nails: She uses a cupcake topper instead of a dotting tool to make the candy ball. This makes it easier to grip and move the nail decoration as necessary. “The ‘teddy bear’ portion actually gives you something substantial to hold when you spin the candy ball inside the lamp,” Vinson explains. “Once you’re finished, simply take your nippers and cut off the candy ball and you can continue to reuse the cupcake topper.”
