1. Paint the entire nail with blue acrylic paint.
2. Draw an eagle with white paint. Add a beak with orange paint.
3. Accent the eagle with gray paint. Add an eye.
4. Add flames with red and white. Add a pupil with blue paint. Outline and accent with black paint. Apply top coat.
