I appreciate all the loyalty of my clients these past 15 years, so I make sure each receives a small gift at the holidays. Periodically I send out cards noting my appreciation or might mix up some sugar scrub with their favorite scent as a little “just because” surprise.

Sometimes if I feel like I had a great visit with my client, I simply send a thank you card in the mail right after she leaves expressing my appreciation and adding a $5 off coupon for the next visit.
