Q & A: Levels of Nail Services

by NAILS Magazine | April 26, 2007 | Bookmark +

What procedures and materials will you use when doing an “ultimate” manicure and pedicure that makes that service level different from the “essential” ones?

Ellen Marie

Hi Ellen Marie,

The “ultimate” nail services will be our highest service level. These services will automatically include a hot stone massage and a paraffin dip. Plus, you’ll get the full OPI pedicure system from top to bottom, including a scrub and a mask — which will sometimes be themed for the season. For example, we might incorporate OPI’s new Tea & Espresso line to create a Tea Pedi. I’ve dubbed these signatures services Rob|b “seasonal surprises.”

The “essential” manicures and pedicures will be our most basic offering. They will still use the OPI product line, but will incorporate fewer products. And extras like paraffin will be an additional fee.

Regards,
