When you combine great desire and tracking on a regular basis, you see BIG results. Adrienne is on fire! I couldn't believe the turnaround in the past few weeks. From solid greetings and closes from the front desk to new items in retail, Adrienne has seen a major difference in her numbers.
 
Looking ahead, Adrienne is fully booked some days three weeks out. That's great from just two months ago having huge holes in her schedule. I also threw her on the spot by asking what her retail to service dollar percent was. She knew instantly, 19%! Awesome for a nail tech! Her week was double in service than the week before, and with one less day. Her rebooking grew from under 50% when we started to a whopping 89%. Whew, my head was spinning.
 
Now it's time to step into Spring with the new pedi promo and focus on Mother's Day. Adrienne came up with a new twist and is doing a “Mom To Be” Mother's Day special. Making a dent in that market can open up a completely new crowd. Combining both groups offers women great gifting opportunities as well.
 
When an entire salon is on the same page, it’s so interesting how things change. Hair, Body and Sole is moving up fast. They even had a great idea for me to try out myself. Hey, whoever said an old dog can't learn new tricks?
