Nails and the iPhone

by NAILS Magazine | June 26, 2008 | Bookmark +

Earlier this month The Los Angeles Times ran an article about how many women are not using iPhones because the length of their fingernails prevents them from being able to type on the interface.

The article cited that women are frustrated because iPhone touch screens only respond to the electrical charge emitted by fingertips, and that there should be a stylus that is compatible with the iPhone.

The New York Times has also reported that more women are beginning to turn to “smart phones,” like Blackberry’s, iPhones, etc., than men. So with the growing trend, will iPhone be able to retain its manicured clients?

What do you think? Have you or your clients encountered problems using iPhones because of your nails? Let us know in the Feedback section.
