Words of Wisdom

Kevin “Bao” Huynh of The Nail Superstore posted this on the BeautyTech Message Boards and I thought it was great and wanted to share it with the rest of you.

Something to think about:

When the recession is over, people will remember.....

…who returned their phone calls and e-mail.

…who remained courteous and respectful even when times were difficult.

…who honored their commitments.

…who showed business toughness coupled with human kindness.

People also will remember who did not.

Best advice: Behave toward prospects and customers as if these were the best times. When the best of times return...and they will...you will be remembered favorably, and rewarded.

I agree with this whole-heartedly. Let’s all remember to keep our heads up and our commitment to service high!
