The European Nail Association invited the most successful competitors in the world to take part in the third World Nail Championship on September 1, 2010. Only 15 competitors were selected to compete at this prestigious event held at the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel. Alisha Rimando Botero headed up an international panel of judges.

After the judging was complete and participants were treated to a helicopter sightseeing tour, a walk through the city, and some great shopping, the awards ceremony commenced. First place honors went to Emese Koppányi of Hungary with 226 points, followed by Sabrina Siebert of Germany with 224 points. Éva Darabos of Hungary took third with 222 points. The winners received 5,000 euros (about $6,445) for first place, 2,500 euros for second place, and 1,250 euros for third place.
