Justin Bieber Launches His Own Polish Line, Seriously.

by NAILS Magazine | October 12, 2010 | Bookmark +

Nicole by OPI (the line named after OPI founder George Schaeffer’s daughter) has signed a deal with teen heartthrob Justin Bieber. The six-color collection, titled One Less Lonely Girl, will include glitters and bright primary colors. Each color will be inspired by one of Bieber’s singles:

  • One Less Lonely Glitter (lavender)

  • Prized Possession Purple (grape)

  • Give Me The First Dance (silver)

  • Me + Blue (dark blue)

  • OMB! (bright red)

  • Step 2 the Beat of My Heart (heart-shaped glitter)

The teen dream lineup with launch exclusively at Walmart in December, followed by other retailers with high teen demographics like Target and Sears come February.

We’ve seen celebrities put their names on a lot of things — perfume, shoes, handbags. But I’m not sure we’ve ever seen something the likes of a 16-year-old boy designing a line of nail polish. Crazily enough, in a world with “Bieber Fever” it seems like a pretty good fit.

Do you have a big teen market? Will you pick up One Less Lonely Girl?
