I’m having problems with my subscription. I just signed up and haven’t received my issue yet. My magazine’s late. How do I sign up for a subscription? How do I renew my subscription?
These are just a few of the questions we get via e-mail, Facebook, Twitter, phone, our website…basically anywhere someone can ask us a question about their subscription, they do. So here’s a little bit of information to help get your questions answered.
NAILS Magazine is published 13 times a year (monthly, plus a special bonus Big Book directory issue in December). The rate is $20 for the year for U.S. subscribers. (The Canadian rate is $57 a year and the international rate is $87 a year.) For $5 more you can also receive the digital version of NAILS delivered right to your e-mail inbox. If any of this sounds too much for you, you can always opt for digital-only for $10 for the year. And yes, that’s $10 no matter where you are anywhere in the world! (We think the digital edition might be a great choice for our international subscribers.)
Once you place an order for the magazine, whether it’s online, through our printed sub card in the magazine, or at our trade show booth, it usually takes anywhere between 6-8 weeks to process your order.
