The nail art and art gallery world collide on September 1 in London at Nailphilia. Put on by DegreeArt.com in collaboration with London nail techs and fashion’s most recognized names, it’s the city’s first ever nail art exhibition.

In a press release DegreeArt says, “Through every medium imaginable, Nailphilia will delve deep into the nail world’s most creatively established nail techs, merging fashion and art and redefining everything you thought you knew about the esthetic of the fingertips…Not only will Nailphilia showcase the spectrum of nail art through an art gaze but also witness the collaboration of fashion’s visionary Nick Knight (SHOWstudio) as well as nail savvy brands such Minx, Cheap Monday’s nail jewelry and NYC’s Laruicci (the creators of the gold claws seen in Beyonce’s new music video ‘Run The World’).”

Nailphilia will have established nail techs such as Marian Newman, Sophy Robson, Sam Biddle, Mike Pocock, Megumi Mizuno, Antony Buckley, Jenny Longworth, Sue Marsh, and The Illustrated Nail.

The event will be at DegreeArt.com’s Execution Room at 12A Vyner St, London E2 9DG on September 1 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
