Not many times in life have I found myself speechless and in awe of what others seem to think of me. To feel that way twice in one year is really an honor and I am so appreciative of this industry. The first time the cat got my tongue was upon being named CND’s 2010 North American Education Ambassador of the Year. As if that was not enough, UK-based Scratch Magazine had a very darling reporter interview me and the two-page piece she wrote just astounded me. I plan to carry the warm and fuzzy feeling it produced for a long time. Since I am often asked about my nail “story” I thought I might share this piece with you in case you are not in the UK and reading it in print already.
