How Do You Go Above and Beyond?

Are there any special things out of the ordinary that you do for your clients? There are things we should all do that fall into the realm of good customer service, but I’m looking for that unique something above and beyond.
For me personally it is the memory angel. This time of year I seem to do more of them than others, it is a simple angel done using a striping brush for the details and a gem for the head. I let clients pick the gem color based on their preference or the birthstone of the person they are remembering. When asked what I charge for her, my reply is: “She is my gift to your memory, as the memories of our loved ones are priceless.” It is usually the little things that build our client loyalty and not the fact that we are the cheapest in town or even the fastest. Share your unique way of doing that little something extra for the love of what you do.
