Blueprint of a First Year

It's (Not) Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas

by NAILS Magazine | December 6, 2012 | Bookmark +

As we are getting ready for the busiest season of the year, I kept hearing clients complaints about other businesses and their early Christmas décor and music, so I thought, well, maybe we should wait until December before we put out our decor.

While dealing with the public is never easy, when I make decisions I think about my clients and how personal our relationship is. In the case of many clients I see them more than my own relatives and friends, I know all about their personal lives, and I do care. So, we will on hold our plans...which give me nothing to do.

I spent the extra time with friends and family, and hopefully when next week comes around -- when my tree is up and my Christmas music is playing -- I will get nothing but an approval from my dearest patrons.
