ISSE 2013: CND's Brisa Lite Removable Gel System

Sree and I visited CND's booth at ISSE 2013 to chat about the new Brisa Lite Removable Gel System with Lisa Wong, CND's education ambassador from Vista, Calif.

Brisa Lite products come in a removable base coat, top coat, smoothing gel, and sculpting gel. It's a combination of the performance of traditional gels with Shellac's ease of removal. They don't require filing or buffing of the natural nail for application and can be removed with CND's Shellac Nourishing Remover and wraps.

The sculpting gel is a builder gel for creating length and shape on forms. It's odorless and comes in three colors: white, clear, and neutral pink.

The smoothing gel, which comes only in clear and isn't a builder, is easier on the nails. "It's for people who want Shellac, but don't want to hurt or touch the natural nail," said Wong. "Generally the soothing gel works for people with weaker nails."
