You may have thought Fashion Week was just for New York — think again. The Garment District of Kansas City, Mo. held its fashion week from February 17 to March 3 in an effort to revive downtown Kansas City as a hub for well-made products.

Manicurist Paula Knight-Osborne worked with designer Lauren Cram to create custom Gelish nail tips for her Victrola Collection. The line is designed for young, confident women. Knight-Osborne created a look that mirrored the free-spirit attitude of the clothing by using colors from the fall House of Gelish Collection and winter Shadows Collection to blend both patterns and textures using glitters and creams. She drew inspiration from the dark color palette to make nails that were the perfect accessory to the grunge-glam collection.
