Blueprint of a First Year

To Retail or Not to Retail?

by NAILS Magazine | July 18, 2013 | Bookmark +

As I'm getting settled in, I have a few more decisions to make. One of them is whether I should have a retail area. I have never had retail on hand, but if a client needs something I of course get it for them.

I have a very small area that I could devote to retail, but I'm just stumped on what to offer. I know cuticle oil and lotions are good products to offer, but I would love to have some off-the-cuff items as well.

How did those of you that have retail spaces figure out what you should sell? Especially those with smaller areas.
