Light nails and underside colors were what the stars preferred at last night’s Oscars.

Tom Bachik polished the nails of four Oscar goers: Julianne Moore, JLo, Jennifer Aniston, and Heidi Klum. Oscar winner Moore accepted her statue wearing L’Oreal Paris Princess Sparkle while Aniston chose Porcelain Pink. JLo may have opted for a nude nail, but the flipside showcased a rose gold sparkle that perfectly matched her gown. Bachik created a custom nude color for Heidi Klum to wear to Elton John’s Oscar party.

Also not afraid of an underside mani was Lupita Nyong’o, who wore Swarovski crystals on the underside of her nails. Manicurist Deborah Lippmann used a sheer, pearly champagne lacquer for the tops of nails.

Manicurist to the stars, Carla Kay, had the privilege of manicuring man and wife Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. Kay used EssieSpa products on the couple and painted Hill’s nails with Essie All Eyes on Nude and Good to Go top coat.
