Week 17 and 18: Focusing on Spa Manicures

I officially completed my pre-app requirements and paid for my State Board exam! I should be getting my official test date in the next few weeks. Since the last couple of weeks was spent working my butt off to earn points, these two weeks were spent slowing things down to really focus on proper execution of a spa manicure.

Offering and executing a spa manicure takes time and a loving touch. So I made sure to use my time wisely to really practice my massaging techniques.

In this time, I learned that it's very important to make sure you remove all the oil and any lotion residue from the nails before polish application.
