Blogger and Instagram superstar Sivan Ayla (@sivanayla) suggested a polish partnership to NCLA owner Elin Dannerstedt only a few months before it became a reality, taking the two women from friends to business partners. NCLA's first polish line collaboration with a lifestyle blogger was released on Oct. 25, coinciding with the celebratory polish preview party that took place at Color Camp nail salon in Los Angeles.

The relatively neutral polish colors were all chosen by Ayla, who said these are her five favorite and most frequently worn because of their versatility. She settled on names that pertained to her personality: Valley Girl, Tan Lines, Donut Glaze, Capri Sunset, and Rosé for Breakfast.

"I'm an L.A. girl, Capri in Italy is my favorite travel spot, and I'm obsessed with being tan," said Sivan of her inspiration behind a few of the polish names.

Attendees of the launch party recieved complimentary manicures, rosé, and donuts, the latter two of which were aesthetically displayed for photo-ops (pictured below with Anh-Thu Dannerstedt, the younger sister of Elin Dannerstedt.)

The party was packed with nail lovers and lifestyle bloggers, a successful launch to a promising collection!
