Small Changes Can Make You Feel Better

Should we entertain the idea of being a little healthier again this year?

Over the holidays I was able to take my son, niece, and nephew to a trampoline park and actually jump with them instead of strictly watching. It was more fun than I would have imagined and made me feel like a pretty cool aunt and mom to make the effort.

Your effort at better health doesn’t have to be drastic; it can be small things that just help you feel better about life in general. Drinking enough water each day is a huge key. You really can excuse yourself to use the restroom at the salon and it wouldn’t be a bad idea to have a couple breaks scheduled into your day for that purpose.
