We haven’t talked about the effort to be just a little bit healthier lately. Funny how easy it is to get distracted from that, isn’t it! What efforts are you making towards it this year? I am doing a better job of tracking my water. My doctor suggested the app MyFitnessPal, which helps with keeping track of water, calories, and exercise. If you would like some moral support, just “friend” me in the app. You’ll find me as fingernailfixer.

In addition it puts me in the role of student, keeping it fresh in my mind how challenging it is to learn and grow, and the importance of a patient and passionate instructor — which of course carries over into my own classes.
