1. Apply two layers of Light Elegance (LE) Gel Polish in Blue Art and Purple Rain onto the nail, mixing the polishes together on the nail. Apply a dollop of LE White 3-D Gel, pushing your brush into the gel and pulling toward the center of the nail.
2. Create more petals using the same method.
3. Drag a striping brush in between the petals to separate them, then drag the brush from the middle of the petals out. Cure for two minutes.
4. Dip a striping brush in LE Super Shiney, then into LE Silver Dust, and drag the brush out from the center of the flower in all directions. Use a stylus to drop LE Pink 3-D Gel in the flower center, pushing a small rhinestone in the middle. Cure for two minutes.
5. Apply LE Super Shiney. Cure for two minutes.
