1. Polish the nail blue.
2. Starting in the lower corner, use a black striper to draw a cross with an open circle on the top. Use the same striper to create three horizontal lines on the opposite end of the nail.
3. Use the black striper to add an arch to the anchor.
4. Use a gold striper to add two shallow U-shaped lines on either side of the anchor. Use a gold glitter striper to add a U-shape around the three black lines. Add white dots and stars. Apply top coat.
