1. Begin with two coats of an opaque white polish.
2. Using a water-based paint and striper, outline one large arrow pointing down the nail toward the ring.
3. Fill in the arrows and add smaller arrows, maintaining symmetrical radiating arrows.
4. Finish with top coat.
