1. Start with white base color to make the neon pop.


2. Using your favorite neon colors, paint overlapping geometric shapes. Seal the look with top coat.


3. Create 3-D shapes using black acrylic and use Bondini to adhere the pieces to the nail. Leave the shapes matte to add a contrasting effect.
