1. Prep the nail with Entity One Color Couture base coat. Apply two coats of Entity Camera Shy. Top the color with Entity Chartreuse Chapeau to create a green shimmer. Cure between coats.
2. Place green mylar pieces over the tacky layer.
3. Use a nail art brush to paint peonies. Seal the field of flowers using a top coat.
