1. Apply white gel to entire nail and cure. Sponge colors of your choice to create a gradient and cure. Cut strips of foil and place all along the top of the nail.
2. With white gel paint, create the shape of an eye and add details using black and blue gel.
3. Outline the eye in black and add henna-inspired details using a fine brush. Seal the look with top coat and cure.
4. Embellish the nail with Swarovski crystals and secure with gel.
