Apply one coat of black acrylic paint to the nail and allow to dry. With a medium blue paint, draw random, open angled lines on the nail.

Using a dotting tool, place lines of dots in between the blue lines. Create a few random larger dots.

Using yellow, orange, and red acrylic paint, place several circles within the blue lines to create the characters. With black paint, draw sideways triangles in the circles to create mouths. Use white and black acrylic paint to create eyes. Paint cherries and an apple. Finish with clear top coat.
