1. Apply a base coat and two coats of black polish.

  

2. Using white water-based paint, outline and fill in the cat shape and hanging ornament.

  

3. ill in the cat with green paint. Fill in the ornament with red paint and red glitter.

  

4. Paint the cat’s face using black and white paint. Use white to draw the string of lights over the cat, then use red, yellow, and blue for the lightbulbs. Finish with a clear top coat.
