1. Apply green and silver gel-polishes on the tip of the nail, disregarding the smile line, and cure.

  

2. Apply large dots of red, orange, yellow, and brown gel-polish, flash curing after every  five to 10 dots to prevent running. Apply a matte top-gel.

  

3. Using black water-based  acrylic paint, create circles around the dots.  Fill the gaps in between, and paint black and white wavy circles in some of the dots.
