Make two horizontal lines with red gel — the first at the tip of the free edge and the second far enough from the first one to fit another color in between. Cure.

Use white gel to fill in the space between the red lines. Cure.

Mix blue glitter into clear gel, then apply it diagonally starting at the base of the second red line. Before curing, press in about nine silver stars. Cure. Mix silver glitter into clear gel, then accent the borders as shown. Apply gel top coat. Cure.
