Apply one coat of OPI Coney Island Cotton Candy. Apply one coat of OPI Bubble Bath.
Use a small paintbrush and pink acrylic paint to draw an imperfect circle near the center of the nail.
Paint wavy concentric circles around the center to make petals.
Continue to fill the nail with rosettes and partial rosettes.
Add a dot of crystal glitter to the center of each rosette. Apply top coat.
