Polish the nail red. Use a thin-tipped brush to place a white dot in the center of the nail.
Draw a white arrow pointing toward the center dot.
Repeat step 2 four more times, so you have a total of five arrows pointing to the center dot.
Draw two more lines at the end of each arrow, facing in the the same direction as each arrowhead.
