Ebonye Allen creates this eye-catching design with polish and rhinestones.

		Apply various shaped blobs of polish: Allen used OPI Cajun Shrimp, OPI Need Sunglasses?, China Glaze Four Leaf Clover, and China Glaze Recycle.
		Use three complementary acrylic paints — shown are white, black, and yellow — to add lines and dots.
		Apply lines of colored rhinestones all over the nail.
