Use LCN Orchid White 3-D design gel color to draw a white line between Fanappleistic and Dream Catcher. Cure for 60 seconds.
Use Fancy Pink, Fire Red, Blue Summer Sky, and Turquoise 3-D design gel colors to make the candy and heart. Add rhinestones. Cure for 60 seconds.
Top with LCN Glaze Gel Clear. Cure for 60 seconds and finish with LCN Cleanser.
