Use three shades of blue (Artist Baby Blues, Watercolor Blue, Surrealist Surprise Sapphire) and Blank White Canvas to create a cloud-like effect. Pick up two colors at one time and pat them down and allow them to blend together. Cover the entire base of the nail. Remember to keep it thin.

Cap the entire nail with Entity Clear Sculpting Powder.

File and buff the nail. Cleanse with Natural Nail Prep. Apply Entity One Color
Couture Base Coat.

Using several colors from the EOCC, paint a small cupcake, cookie, and candies on one side of the nail. You will need to cure each color one at at time. Cure each color in the Entity LED light for 20 seconds.

Create the lollipop on a form using Entity True Artistry Colored Powders. The ­gingerbread man was made with clear powder and then painted with EOCC Skins vs Shirts. Attach the 3-D designs to the nail using clear acrylic powder. Apply EOCC top coat, cure for 30 seconds, and wipe off the sticky layer with Natural Nail Prep.
