Apply CND Shellac in Tropix to the free edge to create a French.

Use white acrylic paint to draw a hibiscus petal. Start with an “E” shape, then fill in the rest. Create a second petal.

Create three more petals. The petals can be a heart, a “U”, a “V”, an “M” or an “N,” then add a thin line to them.

Use a striping brush and white acrylic paint to draw a thin line in the center of the flower. Add about six dots.

Add swirly lines on two sides of the flower. (Hint: Try green to make it look like foliage.)
