Apply two coats of Shellac in Rubble, curing after each.

  

Apply one coat of Shellac in Cityscape. Don’t cure.

  

Use a stylus to scrape rainbow shapes into the uncured Shellac, starting at the free edge. Cure.

  

Apply Shellac in Gold VIP Status on top. Cure.
