The 13th California 'Welcome to Our World' (W.O.W.) happens for California legislators and regulators on Monday, April 29th from 3-7pm on the south steps of the state Capitol building in Sacramento.

Hosted by the Professional Beauty Federation of California and sponsor companies, beauty industry executives spend quality time helping educate state policymakers and regulators on current issues of concern to the beauty industry in California, and share PBFC’s positive message about our industry’s professionalism.
