Probelle’s new Textured Nail Lacquer gets its long-lasting, textured finish in three steps. After applying a base coat and letting it dry, apply 1-2 coats of polish and let dry. The textured finish will appear in 30-60 seconds. The polish comes in 10 deeply pigmented shades.
