With a grand prize of $1,000 at stake you’ll want to check out the Gel II Nail Art Contest. Made by La Palm Products, Gel II is unique because the base coat is directly bonded inside the gel so there is no need for a separate base coat. Each gel session requires 30 seconds under the LED light for a quick total dry time, creating strong, thin gels. The rules are to be as creative as possible with Gel II’s 111 colors — the most creative design wins the grand prize!
Prizes are as follows:
> Grand prize: $1,000, plus 10 Gel II colors, 1 top coat, and a UV lamp
> 1st runner-up: $250 cash, plus 5 Gel II colors, 1 top coat, and a UV lamp
> 2nd runner-up: $100 cash
