Embedding is the practice of encasing something decorative, like a flower or a rhinestone, between layers of acrylic or gel; usually the item is set into not-yet-cured enhancement product, allowed to dry, then capped with a clear layer of the enhancement product that can be buffed to a see-through shine. The possibilities are endless for what a nail technician can “embed” in nail enhancements.
