Orly recently spent a day on California's famed Venice Beach boardwalk "Flash Glamming" unsuspecting beach-goers in a fun promotion of the company's new extra-glittery FlashGlamFX. They handed out bottles of the multi-dimensional shimmer collection, polished nails, and spread sparkle throughout the boardwalk.
