The National Cosmetology Association, now under the auspices of the Professional Beauty Association (PBA) is a trade organization committed to supporting licensed salon professionals progress in their careers while striking a healthy balance between their professional and personal lives. Any licensed professional, whether working for a salon or as an independent contractor, is eligible to join PBA's licensed professional section.
